مقامات می‌گویند که به این شرکت‌ها از چند هفته تا سه ماه وقت داده شده است تا تمام مسئولیت‌های خود را به نیروهای امنیتی افغانستان واگذار کنند.

حامد کرزی، رئیس جمهور افغانستان، از منتقدان اصلی فعالیت شرکت‌های خصوصی امنیتی بوده است. آقای کرزی کارمندان برخی از این شرکت‌ها را به آزار مردم و برهم زدن امنیت متهم کرده است.

اما همزمان، بسیاری از نهادهای غیردولتی، از جمله بانک‌های خصوصی و دفاتر تجارتی، نسبت به سپردن مسئولیت تامین امنیت خود به نیروهای پلیس افغانستان نگران هستند.

این نهادها سوال‌هایی را در مورد ظرفیت و توانایی واحد "محافظت عامه" که مسئول تامین امنیت آنهاست، مطرح کرده‌اند.

ناظران می‌گویند که این نگرانی می‌تواند باعث کاهش سرمایه‌گذاری در افغانستان و حتی توقف فعالیت برخی از نهادهای خارجی شود.

از زمان صدور فرمان ریاست جمهوری در مورد توقف فعالیت این شرکت‌ها تاکنون حدود ۵۸ شرکت امنیتی منحل شده است، اما بیش از ۴۰ شرکت دیگر به فعالیت خود ادامه داده‌اند.

از شرکت‌هایی که منحل شده‌اند، حدود نیم آن، شرکت های امنیتی خارجی هستند.

اقدام آقای کرزی در انحلال این شرکت‌ها، بخشی از تلاش‌های او برای انتقال مسئولیت‌های بیشتر از نهادهای خارجی به نیروهای افغان بوده است.

حکومت افغانستان در گذشته هشدار داده بود که اگر جلو فعالیت شرکت‌های خصوصی امنیتی گرفته نشود، کارمندان این شرکت‌ها به دردسر بزرگی برای امنیت افغانستان تبدیل خواهند شد.

به گزارش روز یكشنبه روابط عمومی سازمان جوانان جمعیت هلال احمر، هدف از برگزاری این دوره آموزشی پیشبرد طرح راهنمایی مسافرین نوروزی است.

براین اساس نخستین دوره آموزشی مهارت های همیاران مسافران نوروزی با بهره گیری از اساتید متخصص و مجرب دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ جهاد دانشگاهی به مدت دو روز و با حضور100 نفر از همیاران مسافران نوروزی استان های فارس و كهگیلویه و بویراحمد در شیراز برگزار خواهد شد.

در این دوره آموزشی همیاران مسافران نوروزی با سرفصل های آشنایی با فن بیان، آداب معاشرت و مهارت های راهنمایی در سفرهای نوروزی، اصول نقشه خوانی و جهت یابی در طبیعت، آشنایی با میراث فرهنگی، تاریخی، مذهبی و جاذبه های گردشگری استان های مختلف سراسر كشور آشنا خواهند شد.

همچنین شركت كنندگان در دوره آموزشی یاد شده با فرهنگ و خلقیات اقوام ایرانی، آداب گردشگری در اسلام، فنون استقرار در طبیعت و نقاط آسیب پذیر، اصول بهداشت و ایمنی در سفر آشنا می شوند.

در فاصله چهار روز به انتخابات مجلس نهم، خبرنگار ایرنا باری دیگر به میان مردم رفته و پای صحبت آنها درباره انتخابات نشسته است.

'امیرحسین اصلانی' دانشجوی سال اول رشته حسابداری حضور در انتخابات را وظیفه شرعی هر ایرانی دانست و گفت: من همیشه از كودكی آرزوی رای دادن داشتم و از این كه امسال برای دومین بار در صحنه انتخابات حاضر می شوم خوشحال هستم.

وی با بیان این كه انتخابات نشانه مشاركت مردم در تمامی عرصه ها است اظهار داشت: مردم با حضور در انتخابات ثابت می كنند كه در تمامی عرصه ها حضور دارند و این خود آنها هستند كه برای سرنوشت كشورشان تعیین تكلیف می كنند.

این جوان دانشجو با بیان این كه در این انتخابات مردم پرشورتر از گذشته به پای صندوق های رای خواهند رفت گفت: تجربه ثابت كرده كه هر گاه دشمنان توطئه هایشان را علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران بیشتر كنند مردم پرشور تر در صحنه حاضر خواهند شد تا به آنان نشان دهد كه آنگونه كه آنان می خواهند نمی شود.

در ادامه در كنار یكی از تابلوهای تبلیغاتی ویژه انتخابات با حسن حامدی پیرمرد 68 ساله و بازنشسته یكی از ادارات دولتی به گفت وگو می پردازیم؛ وی با بیان این كه برای شركت در انتخابات از چند روز گذشته برنامه های نامزدها را بررسی می كند گفت: ما باید با آگاهی و تدبیر به این افراد رای دهیم.

وی ادامه داد: نباید به نامزدی رای دهیم كه تنها شعار می دهد بلكه باید با دقت رصد كنیم و به سابقه كاری او توجه كنیم و ببینیم آیا می تواند برای مردم مفید باشد یا خیر.

حامدی صداقت؛ ایمان و تجربه را از مهم ترین ویژگی های یك نامزد اصلح دانست و اظهار امیدواری كرد مجلس نهم بتواند بهتر از مجلس هشتم عمل كند.

این شهروند تهرانی با بیان این كه افراد باید به دنبال نامزدهای اصلح باشند گفت: باید به فردی رای دهیم كه به خواسته های ملت احترام بگذارد و برای حل آن تلاش كند.

'فاطمه محمدی' 40 ساله نیز می گوید: باید به نامزدی رای دهیم كه اصلح و ولایتمدار باشد و به آرمان های انقلاب و امام راحل (ره) پایبند باشد.

این بانوی تهرانی با بیان این كه مجلس آرمانی مجلسی است كه بر اساس منویات رهبر معظم انقلاب و آرمان های امام راحل اداره شود گفت: مردم ایران اسلامی به فردی رای خواهند داد كه شایستگی لازم را داشته باشد و بتواند خواسته های مردم را در دستگاه قانونگذاری تحقق بخشد.

خانم محمدی با تاكید بر این كه مردم حضور پرشوری در انتخابات خواهند داشت گفت: با رای معنادار خود، تو دهنی محكمی به دشمنان خواهیم زد .

'جلال پورصحت' 30 ساله كه شغل آزاد دارد پیش بینی كرد كه مردم در انتخابات مجلس حضور پرشوری خواهند داشت و با این حضور حماسی، تمام توطئه های دشمنان را خنثی خواهند كرد.

وی با بیان این كه مردم ما در راهپیمایی 22 بهمن ثابت كردند كه دسیسه ها و توطئه های دشمنان هیچ تاثیری ندارد گفت: دیگر زمان آن رسیده كه آنان بفهمند هر چه بیشتر توطئه كنند ملت ما مقاوم تر می شود و برای دستیابی به حقوق خود ایستادگی می كند.

آقای پوراحمد به تحریم های دشمنان در طول این سال ها اشاره كرد و اظهار داشت: دشمنان خیال می كنند كه اگر ایران را تحریم كنند به خواسته های خود می رسند و مردم را از آرمان های انقلاب دور می كنند ولی مردم ما همواره ثابت كردند كه این اقدامات از ثابت قدمی آنان نمی كاهد و آنان قوی تر از گذشته پای آرمان های انقلاب ایستاده اند.

وی گفت: انقلاب اسلامی ما با خون شهدا بدست آمده و ریشه اسلامی دارد و به همین دلیل از استحكام و اقتدار برخوردار است و دشمنان به این فكر نباشند كه بخواهند مقابل اراده مردم ایران بایستند.

پوراحمد ادامه داد: مردم ایران اسلامی طی این سه سال گذشته در همه عرصه ها خود را نشان دادند و هر گاه كه احساس كردند كه حضورشان موجب تقویت پایه های نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران می شود؛ خودشان وارد صحنه شده اند.

كبرا سعادتی 45 ساله نیز با بیان این كه دشمنان تمام اهداف خود را در جهت كاهش مشاركت مردم در این انتخابات به كار گرفته اند گفت: این اقدام دشمنان نتیجه معكوس دارد و مردم ایران 12 اسفندماه همانند 22 بهمن، حضور پرشوری در صحنه خواهند داشت.
